Unimpressive Market Breakout

A few weeks ago the market broke through resistance and made a new all-time high. Since then it has done nothing.

PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS MONDAY - The market is in a dead spot and it has been for the last few months. Apart from a few strong days in early August, the market has been flatlining. It is looking for a catalyst and it has not found one.
