PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS WEDNESDAY – I am bullish and this dip will soon run its course. We saw some nice buying Monday and that is a sign that buyers are interested. With the CPI out tomorrow, this is likely to be a dull trading session. Overseas markets were mixed so there is not much of a tailwind.
