Will the Market Make All-time High In 2023?

The S&P 500 is a couple of strong days from the all-time high and we are likely to test it in the next two weeks.

The Fed has paused and they indicated that 3 rate cuts are possible in 2024. Asset Managers are scrambling to get long and they are under-allocated. Thre is a lot of cash on the sidelines and investors will start piling in so the inflows will increase.
