This search looks for put selling candidates. The stock is above the major MAs so it has support to lean on. It has relative strength and good option liquidity. This is particularly when the market has been declining. The compression tells you it is strong relative to the market. There are some keys to selling naked puts. 1. Avoid event risk (i.e. Earnings). 2. Do not over-leverage. 3. Sell the puts below technical support. 4. Assume that you will be buying the stock and be willing to take assignment. 5. Try to generate at least a 5% return over two weeks. There has to be a decent reward.
