Description
These stocks have bottomed out after a long term trend down. We are joining the beginning of a longer-term cycle up. The stock is on a buy signal, above AVWAPE and the 50SMA, which gives us technical confirmation that we are not bottom picking.
Ideally on the chart we want to see a double bottom, lower high, and a bottoming out process that has happened over the course of months.
