Rally Is Not Strong, But It Is Bullish

The market is floating higher on light volume. Be long, but trade small.

PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS MONDAY - The market broke out two weeks ago and it has been able to get through that high. The price action is bullish, but not overwhelmingly because of the character of the breakout and because it came on light volume. A pullback to test the breakout would confirm that buyers are in control.
