Earnings Season Starts Next Week

The market is compressing ahead of earnings announcements.

PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS FRIDAY - The market staged a nice move higher Thursday and it breached the downward sloping trendline of a wedge pattern that has formed. That trendline only has a month's worth of data so I would not put too much weight into the light volume rally. Buyers and sellers are able to move price and the market lacks a catalyst.
