PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS TUESDAY - The Iran deal sparked buying yesterday and the market is back in rally mode. It moved quickly above the EMA 8 and recent gains will be digested ahead of major news. This is a very odd week with the holiday Friday, a Fed meeting tomorrow and triple witching the day after.
