Tariff Decision Possible Today

The Supreme Court is going to release its rulings today, we just don't know if the tariffs were on the docket.

PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS FRIDAY - The Supreme Court will release all of its rulings this morning at 10:00 AM ET. We don't know if that includes tariffs. Trump's trade policies are largely based on his ability to impose tariffs and we could find out if he has the power to impose them today. This is a binary event and the market could move either way.
