Weak Rally Into Earnings Season

Stocks are floating higher as major banks prepare to announce.

PRE-OPEN MARKET COMMENTS TUESDAY - Yesterday the market ignored the investigation of Fed Chairman Powell and it recovered the overnight drop right away. As I mentioned in my comments, this was not going to impact the market. The focus right now is on earnings.
